Breath and mediation workshops – Session one: 2.30 – 3.30pm. Session two: 4.30 – 5.30pm*
Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Join Esme’s Umbrella at Beacon Vision for a calming Breath and Sensory Meditation workshop. The workshop is designed to nurture relaxation and wellbeing.
Through simple, guided breathing techniques and gentle sensory awareness practices, we’ll explore how mindful breathwork can help ease tension, support emotional balance, and bring a sense of peace to both body and mind.
This session will also highlight how breath awareness can support those living with Charles Bonnet Syndrome, offering practical ways to manage stress and enhance daily wellbeing.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have some experience, these sessions provide a soothing space to slow down, rest, and reconnect — reminding us of all of the power of simply taking time to breathe.
Free sessions — everyone is welcome.Â
Come along, relax, and give yourself the gift of calm.
* There are 20 free places in each workshop. The places will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
