Help finding work and confidence in day-to-day life

We know a thing or two about supporting blind and partially sighted people into work, as we’ve been doing it since 1882.

Back then we purchased a house in Wolverhampton where people impacted by sight loss could live and work and a few years later in 1899, we became one of the first charities in the UK to open a shop selling items made by blind and partially sighted people.

We continue to innovate in 2023, the picture on this page shows our trainer Alistair with a 3D printer that we use to make tactile items but whatever your skills level or career you are interested in, we can help.

Our friendly team can help you to improve your skills, confidence, and independence, and most importantly find and retain work.

You can find out more about the support we offer via the tabs below but you can also call us on 01902 880 111 or email enquiries@beaconvision.org and start your journey to independence today!

This picture shows a man in our Fab Lab, stood behind a 3D printer and is smiling towards the camera.
