Beacon Spooktacular Halloween Family Fun Day
Beacon is excited to invite children and young people (CYP VI) with visual impairment (VI), inclusive of all disabilities, to our FREE Halloween Fun Day on Wednesday 28 October at the Beacon Centre.
Siblings, parents, and carers are all welcome to join us.
Our activities are fully inclusive and welcoming to children and young people of all abilities and disabilities. We want everyone to be able to take part, have fun and enjoy the Halloween celebrations in a safe and supportive environment.
Choose how you would like to join us
Morning session: Halloween Party & Crafts
Join us for a fun Halloween party with activities, opportunities to make friends and plenty of Halloween fun.
11am–12pm
Afternoon session:
Join us for a cinema screening and enjoy a fun afternoon together.
1pm–3pm
Tuck shop
A tuck shop will also be available offering snacks and treats to purchase for the film.
Or stay for the full day!
Families are welcome to attend either session or make a full day of it.
CYP sight loss drop-in
Throughout the day, Jody, our CYP Development Coordinator, will be available for a CYP sight loss drop-in session.
This is an opportunity for children, young people, parents, and carers to ask any questions relating to sight loss and young people and find out more about the support available.
Booking information
The event is FREE, but places are limited and booking is required. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
