Our Care Services

If you need us, we’ll be there – we’ve never missed a care call

We offer a range of care services from our experienced, friendly, professional and dedicated team. If you or your loved one need support, we can provide this in the comfort of your own home or as a resident living in Beacon Court, located at our Sedgley Centre.

Our care team are locally based, with some staff being with us for many years. Our team is recruited based on our charity values, with experience in sight loss, dementia, mental health, complex needs and end of life care. Our staff meet all training requirements and are regularly assessed in line with competency frameworks.

 

We are CQC rated ‘Good’ and our care is tailored to the individual needs of your loved one, giving them the time and support they deserve. We offer a range of pricing packages for our personal care services, covering a number of local areas in the region.

Whether you have sight loss or just need extra support, we can support your needs helping you to feel as independent as possible.

We have many years of experience in collaborating with Local Authority care provision as well as those who are able to pay privately. Our expertise means we can help you choose the right services for you or your loved one.

Our team is also able to support with day-to-day tasks such as filling out forms, setting up equipment and online services such as grocery shopping.

Respite service

We understand that there are times when planned or emergency temporary care is needed for your loved ones.

Our comfortable, cosy and secure respite accommodation service can be tailored to your individual needs.

You can relax knowing your loved one is in safe hands with our carers. We are able to offer a number of packages including:

  • Weekend
  • Seven days
  • 14 days
