Ho, ho Go! Beacon’s Comeback Santa Run is coming to town!
We are thrilled to announce that Santa’s Come Back Run is happening on Sunday, 26th January, at West Park, Wolverhampton. Registration opens at 9:30am, and the festive fun begins at 10:00am sharp.
Running order for the day:
- 9.30am Registration
- 9.50am Registration closes, participant briefing and warm up
- 10.00am Race starts
We can’t wait to see West Park transformed into a sea of Santa’s – yes, even in January! This event is one of our charity’s most important fundraisers of the year, your ticket money helps to cover the cost of your Santa suit and supports our vital work supporting people living with sight loss. Your participation truly makes a difference, and we’re so grateful for your incredible support.
Already Registered for Santa Run 2024?
If you’ve already registered and brought a ticket for Santa Run 2024, there’s no need to re-register! Simply turn up at West Park on the day for an event to remember. We can’t wait to see you there
We’d love for as many of you as possible to join us on the new date, if you have an existing ticket you can just turn up with your festive cheer and we’ll take care of the rest. Santa suit’s, Hats and festive bandannas for our doggy entries will be issued on the day at registration.
Tickets are Still Available!
As the event has been rescheduled tickets are still available, so if your friends and family missed out before, now’s their chance to grab one.
Our Santa Run may now be in January, but there’s still time to spread some festive cheer while supporting Beacon!

Distance: 5km
Santa Run Ticket Prices: £12 adults, £7 children, £5 for dogs and free for under 3s.

Weather Conditions
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions unless the organisers deem it unsafe. In the event of cancellation, participants will be informed via email or social media. The Beacon Centre will make every effort to reschedule the event but In the event of cancellation, all entry fees are non-refundable. If in the event that Santa Run is cancelled Beacon will arrange a collection point where participants can pick up their Santa Run outfit or Childs Santa hat which is included in their ticket purchase.
Whether the event can be rescheduled will depend on a number of factors including the availability of staff and volunteers, and the venue. We will aim to make a decision whether it is possible to reschedule within 48 hours of the original scheduled date.
Santa Suits and Hats
All paying adults will receive a Santa suit and children will receive a Santa hat.
Outfits supplied by the Beacon come in ONE adult size.
Event Parking
Parking is available outside the grounds of West Park, please ensure you don’t obstruct emergency access into the park.
Can I raise money for the event?
Yes! We welcome anyone to raise money in aid of Beacon, you can set us a Just Giving page here for a paper sponsorship form.
To everyone who has been fundraising for our original run, you’re absolute stars! Your support means everything to us. With the new date, we now have even more time to raise awareness and funds to make this years event truly spectacular.
