Activities

At Beacon we normally run a wide range of activities for people living with sight loss, from groups trips out to arts, sports, lifestyle and learning activities at our Activity Centre. However these are not taking place at the moment due to the Government restrictions in place for Coronavirus.

Our Activity Centre offers an inclusive and varied timetable of regular leisure and social activities open to all with sight loss. Activities include cooking sessions, arts and crafts, days out and shopping trips, ten pin bowling, golf, tandem cycling and much more.

We want to help people live fuller, more independent lives in a fun, social and friendly environment. Our activities take place across Wolverhampton, Stourbridge and Staffordshire.

Our team of staff and volunteers are also on hand to support you too.

If you’d like more information or would like to get involved, please call us on 01902 880 111 or email enquiries@beaconvision.org

From pottery to knitting and painting, there’s so much to do in our Activity Centre!
